Teen Club

Our "Teen Club" is re-energizing with new families, kicked off in January 2012 with a trip to the Palm Beach Zoo and a continued partnership with the Lake Worth High School National Honor Society. If your child with Down syndrome is 13 to 19 years old we hope that you will join us for our upcoming buddy activities.

Originally begun in 1997 as the '86'87'88 Club, this group remains strong! First started as a way of growing our group and keeping our teens involved, this group is an active and vital part of our organization. In partnership with the LWHS NHS, these young people enjoy various activities throughout the year. Other activities for 2012 will include a bowling, a field day planned out and directed by the high school students, and the Calypso Bay Water Park.
